We have the absolute best return policy in the TV antenna market today. While other manufacturers have short return windows or restrictive policies, NoCable realizes that setting up a TV antenna is very much a "try and return" type of product and thus should have a return policy that caters to that style of buying. However, while we may have a customer-friendly return policy, there may be times that we simply cannot accept a return. Please read everything in this policy carefully to ensure that your return is successfully processed.

Items sold from our website

You may return all unused items bought from our shop within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. We will also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or broken item).

Returned funds may be partial or not accepted if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The RMA number is missing from the returned item
  • The packaging is missing, damaged or defaced
  • The product is not returned with all hardware, manuals, and accessories
  • The product has been damaged due to improper use or installation
  • The product was purchased as "refurbished"
  • The product was purchased outside of the allowed return window

Items sold on third-party sources

NoCable products are sometimes sold on websites that we do not own. When a product is sold through third party sellers such as Amazon and ebay, we have to adhere to their return policies.
